Andrea Kiliaris

Andrea Kiliaris is a results-oriented Care Management leader with a strong track record in recruitment, training, and leadership strategies that have driven the successful growth of Care Management Programs. With over 17 years of experience in social services, Andrea’s proactive mindset has significantly contributed to program expansion and enhanced service delivery. She began her career as a Supervisor in Care Management at Housing Works, where she quickly advanced to a Senior Director position. Currently, she serves as the Associate Director of Care Management at CABS Health Network, where she continues to implement effective strategies that empower both staff and the vulnerable communities they serve.
Holding a Master’s in Social Work from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of Massachusetts, Andrea has benefited from the guidance of exceptional leaders throughout her academic journey. She has developed and led training initiatives designed to strengthen her teams and enhance program effectiveness, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to supporting the most vulnerable populations.
