Mullery Jean Pierre

Mullery Jean-Pierre is the Pastor of Beraca Baptist Church in Brooklyn, NY, leading a multicultural congregation of 1,400 members across three locations. Leaving a management role on Wall Street to follow his pastoral calling, he grew a small church of 80 into a thriving community. With roots in Haiti, he founded the Beraca Community Development Corporation (BCDC) to serve local and international communities, creating youth programs, food pantries, and employment opportunities. BCDC also operates in seven cities in Haiti, focusing on leadership, job creation, and medical clinics. Pastor Jean-Pierre’s work has earned him global recognition, including speaking engagements at the White House, awards for humanitarian efforts, and a Congressional Record. Passionate about racial reconciliation, he founded United Praise NYC to bridge divides within the church.
