Working with health homes, the NYC department of health, and managed care providers, CABSHN offers solution-based social services options and advocacy to adults, seniors, and children.
In 2019, we celebrated our 40th Anniversary! As part of our festivities, on October 1st, during the 2019 International Day of Older Persons, we launched the Circle of Care Awards (CoCA) to recognize several home care workers and community partners that have contributed to our mission over the last 40 years.
