Kevin Howell

Kevin has been the Lead Strategist for CABS Health Network since 2018 and leads the Anchor Group, driving the development of top-tier talent, cutting-edge technology, and innovative platforms for healthcare organizations. He focuses on enhancing healthcare and digital strategies for governments, non-profits, and businesses, helping them manage patient and population health. Key initiatives under his leadership include the Design-to-Care program, which facilitates safe hospital discharges, and a Care Management program supporting individuals with chronic conditions like HIV and sickle cell disease.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of the West Indies and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester. He has over two decades of experience in international business, financial management, and digital transformation, with a career that includes roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers Jamaica, Ernst & Young New York, and Broadridge. He is also the author of All You Can Eat – Financial Knowhow to Build Fit Business and is passionate about building evidence-based, data-driven public health programs.
