Cabs cares: mammograms and vaccination
According to the CDC If you’re due for a mammogram and have been recently vaccinated for COVID-19, ask your doctor how long you should wait to get your mammogram.
#Vaccination can cause swelling in the lymph nodes in the underarm near the shot. This is more common after booster or additional doses than the initial vaccination.
This swelling is a normal sign that the body is building protection against #COVID19. However, it can cause a false reading on a mammogram.
